We’ve been working in commercial real estate and property management for a combined 24+ years and here’s how our story goes:
We both got our start in our 20s when we became accidental experts in property management for multiple luxury apartment buildings and high rises in Austin, Texas.
At the time, Stan was busy building a marketing plan for new residential properties while accelerating building occupancy and minimizing vacancy losses.
Cut to Liam, who’s working on building stabilization and maintaining top quality for residents, property managers, and partners for some of the fastest-growing properties in the city.
Eventually, we realized that no other real estate development company had the depth of experience and knowledge of property management like we do.
